A Late Empire porcelain chocolate cup with a volute handle. Miniature painting of Saint Barbara within an oval gilt-line medallion executed in overglaze enamels; the remainder of the cup is filled with turquoise ground. The indented upper white section of the cup is decorated with gilt flowers and a thick gilt line inside the rim.
